• Acceptance: All orders placed are subject to our formal acceptance and product availability confirmation.
• Pricing: Prices displayed on shopiopia.com are subject to change without prior notification, but such changes will not affect any orders that have already been confirmed and paid for.
• Order Cancellation: We expressly reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of being fraudulent, violating these Terms, or containing material pricing errors.
• Security: Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers (e.g., PayPal, Stripe). We DO NOT store full credit card numbers on our servers.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Handling Time: Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days following successful payment verification.
• Transit Time: Estimated delivery times will vary based on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout.
• Shipping Coverage: We currently ship only within the United States (including its territories and APO/FPO addresses). International shipping availability will be noted at checkout.
• Delivery Risk: Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the designated carrier, the full risk of loss for the product transfers to you, the Customer. Our responsibility ends upon carrier confirmation of delivery.

5. Lost or Damaged Shipments

• Lost Packages: If your package is confirmed lost in transit (and not marked delivered), please contact us within 7 business days of the expected delivery date so we can initiate a claim with the carrier.
• Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, you must email us with clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging within 72 hours of delivery to request a replacement or refund.
• Address Errors: We are not responsible for losses, delays, or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the Customer during checkout.

6. Returns & Exchanges

• Return Window: Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date (see Return Policy for full details).
• Condition: Items must be returned unused, unwashed, with all original tags, original packaging, and include valid proof of purchase.
• Return Shipping: The Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or we shipped the incorrect item.
• Refunds: Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.
• Exchanges: We only offer exchanges for defective products or incorrect items shipped. For a different size or style, you must return the original item for a refund and place a separate, new order.
