Where We Ship (Delivery Area)

We are committed to providing dependable delivery services across the United States:

We proudly deliver to all 50 U.S. states, including Hawaii and Alaska. Please note that at this time, we DO NOT ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories. Our brand is currently focused on domestic service, and we DO NOT offer international shipping.

Order Processing Time

Once your order is successfully placed on shopiopia.com, our fulfillment team, based at 3051 Kirklevington Dr #133, Lexington, KY 40517, United States, begins ensuring every detail is perfect before it leaves our warehouse.

  • Standard Processing: Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST (Monday–Friday) are usually processed the same business day.
  • Late/Weekend Orders: Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST, or on weekends and national holidays, will be processed on the next business day.
  • Busy Periods: During high-volume times (such as holidays or major sale events), please allow an extra 1–2 business days for processing.
  • If any unexpected delay occurs, we will notify you right away via the email address on your order (support@shopiopia.com).

Delivery Transit Time

After your order is fully processed and leaves our facility, the delivery typically takes 2–5 business days.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors outside our direct control, including severe weather conditions, carrier delays, regional distance, or national holidays. If your order has not arrived within 7 business days of shipment, please contact us immediately, and we will look into the issue.

We apply a flat domestic shipping fee of $6.99 to all U.S. orders, regardless of order size or location. Occasionally, Shopiopia offers free shipping promotions, which will be clearly announced on shopiopia.com.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a live tracking link. This allows you to track your order in real-time and monitor its progress at every step. If your tracking information has not updated after 72 hours, please reach out so we can assist.

Delivery Support

If you experience any issues with your delivery, our dedicated customer support team is here to help:

  • Tracking shows no updates for more than 5 days.
  • The package is marked “delivered” but was not received.
  • An item arrives damaged.
  • Delivery takes longer than 7 business days.
