SHIPPING
- How do you ship & what is the price?
Shipping is from -and can be shipped to- within the Lower 48 States, and is FREE. It normally takes 3-7 business days , but please allow 1-3 business days for processing your order.
- Why didn't my shipment come in one package?
To ensure that delivery is as fast as possible, we ship orders from various US-based fulfillment centers. That’s why, if you bought several items, they may arrive at different times and not all together. Don’t worry if you seem to be “missing” some items. They are still on their way to your doorstep.
- What countries do you ship to?
Currently we ship to the Lower 48 States and Washington, DC. This excludes shipping to P.O. boxes, military bases, or diplomatic locations.
- How do you ship orders?
We serve orders from our US-based fulfillment centers, primarily relying on USPS, with occasional use of UPS and FedEx. Once your order is processed at our facility, it will be handed over to the chosen shipping carrier, and they will manage the rest. You'll receive a tracking number to monitor the progress of your order.
- How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Our products are shipped out from various locations in the US, so you can expect to receive your order, on average, in 3-7 business days. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing your order.
- How can I track my order?
We will email you the tracking information using the email you provided us at checkout. The email will guide you on how to track your package. Please note that the tracking information will be displayed 2-3 days after you receive that email. You can also track your order at Order Tracking.

- What is the default payment currency?

- Can I pay COD - Cash on delivery?
No. Sorry. We can only accept payment in advance. You can use one of our secure payment methods to pay for your order.
ORDER
- How do I place an order?
First of all, visit our store, Shopiopia. Then choose your products, click "Add to cart" & "Check out". Finally, fill in your information and pay. That's it!
- My product has a problem. What can I do?
What to do in 3 steps:
Step 1
Try to troubleshoot the item by checking the manual we provide in the package. Often we can solve the problem for you without you needing to send anything back. In many cases the product seems to have a problem, but it can be solved by restarting, installing properly, or fixing an accessory.
Step 2
If you still have difficulties with your item, especially for complicated products such as Car DVD Players, GPS or TV Boxes, we will recommend that you get the product installed or inspected by a qualified technician to confirm that it is faulty rather than incorrectly installed.
